ESA 50 claim form received was created by weymouth321
Hello,
Yesterday, I received an ESA 50 claim form.
The previous one I filled out was 2013.
Is this usual ?
( Still waiting for Universal Credit claim form ).
Many Thanks,

All ESA claimants should expect to be reassessed on a regular basis, if you have not been since 2013 then you have been lucky as the usual maximum period is three years.
This is a full reassessment of your claim so please make sure that you refer to the current ESA Claim guides for any changes to the ESA Descriptors and guidance since you were last assessed,

Thank you Gordon, I have downloaded the latest ESA 50 claim pack, it's excellent.
When seeing my GP last week, I told her I had received the claim form from DWP and she said she would support me ,if / when hearing from them.
But should I of asked her there and then to write a descriptive account of how the RA affects me ? Then photo copy and enclose it to post with my claim ESA 50 form ?
Many Thanks,
J.

Support from your GP usually helps, but you need them to comment on your ability to complete each of the ESA activities or at least those that you hope to score points for.
