I can’t self propel a wheelchair or use 2 crutches as I have left sided weakness/ numbness. I had TB meningitis and I had a slight stroke whilst unconscious which left me with the left sided weakness. My doctor provided me with a sick note yesterday as the dwp required one and she put on all of my illnesses including my left sided weakness.
You cannot rely on those who have assessed you to understand that your left sided weakness would prevent you using a wheelchair it needs to be specifically explained to them.

I did explain to her that I can’t use a wheelchair as I have left sided weakness that prevents me from doing so and she has put on my report that she examined my arm and I had normal grip in my hand but then later on in the report contradicts herself and states I had slight grip in my hand.
