For ESA the test is literally that, so 13 hours a day, 4 days a week, 16 days a month, etc.
For PIP the test is the majority of days. Avoid using percentages, for example, 51% is actually less than the four days required.
In both cases, it is in regard to your completing the ESA or PIP activities, so if your condition effects you for the majority of the time/days but you are not limited in completing an activity to this extent then you are unlikely to score.
