Just received my PA4 back from my pip assessment renewal.
It’s scoring 4 points
When 18 months ago scored 11 points. Care element
On my renewal questionnaire I said most of my condition had become worse
The medical includes facts that are a lie and he has made a whole lot of things up As a fact I said I couldn’t attempt any movements with my left arm as it’s dislocated my left shoulder
The hp has said it’s ok can do this and so on (lies)
He has failed to include any thing that may be considered by a case manager to support my case
And included things that are the complete opposite
Do I wait until I get letter from the dwp then ask for a MR
There is a narrow window, you may have already missed it, in which you can contact the Decision Maker for you claim to comment on the contents of the report.
If you are able to write immediately about what you consider to be wrong with the report then do so, send it to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
If not hen wait for the Decision and you can comment as part of any MR that you might make.
