Thanks Gordon

You have been really kind in replying each time. I also have awful anxiety (not a great combo with CFS/ Fibro) and sometimes the whole prospect of the ESA50 arriving overwhelms me. My doctor leaving soon has thrown me into a tailspin as I realise when she's left, it's too late.
Anyhow, thanks for giving me some perspective, and the advice re the doctor is very helpful. The example you give is apt... Last time, she wrote 'at worst' which, as you say, could mean very little of the time. Not sure how then I stayed in the SG (she provided my only medical evidence)!
I will try to familiarise myself with the descriptors, how they apply to me and speak to my doctor, hopefully before she writes the letter. Thanks for the 'substantial risk' info too. That could be helpful.
I really appreciate how patient you have been with me, Gordon - thank you.
