Understanding such information is variable depending on mood though in bipolar. One day I’ll be able to read a multi page document and understand it no problem. Ina different mood I’ll struggle to understand a paragraph even if I’ve reread that same paragraph multiple times. It’s really bloody annoying to be honest lol .
