Thanks so much for your reply, my bowel specialist was pretty specific in his letter re the PBA, the DWP manager who my friend spoke to said he could not understand why IAS needed a f2f based on the evidence he had read, and attached a note to my file which they read, IAS said they could not understand his comment and they follow the DWP guideline's! i am at a loss, my doctor is now on holiday, i will read your link thank you and reference to my MP.

Update!!!!

As you know they insited i have a f2f, and appointment for home assesment was 27 July, i was so anxious and as previously said i was considering cancelling but didn't, lady assesor arrived, she was pleasant, went through all of my pysical and mental problems, i was really tearful throughout the assesment, explaining my incontinence problems due to severe IBS, fibromyalgia, arthrits and clnical depression and anxiety and the effect they all have on my day to day life, she observed my mobility problems went through all of the aids etc i had been provided with, i was asked to do grip test and upper limb test but she acknowledged it was causing me significant pain so stopped, assesment lasted about 40 munites, but i felf she listened, and had read the comprehensive medical evidence and was polite and plesant, Received the PA4 report and my friend rang yesterday to see if a decision had been made as i was really stressing out about it all.

Decision: Enhanced Dailing Living and Mobility from September 2018 until July 2022, i am so relieved and happy.

The advice i would give is read the guides over and over, do your form in bite size chunks and be honest.
