Yes my parther was living & working in Scotland....She has of course visited me on weekends & vice versa... she has scottish address/payslips etc..she recently moved to England but has been staying at my Daughter's home for a few months who is in full time work..circumstances have now allowed her to move in with me soon would this suffice the DWP question ?
It should be enough but they may want to speak to your partner about their living arrangement.
