ESA and PIP are spate benefits so there is no transfer from ESA to PIP
ESA is an indefinite award so there is no award length or end date. The letter you have receives sounds like your annual entitlement letter, the date in November is an administrative date and not the end of your current award.
Providing there is no reason to change your reassessment date, some members have had this deferred, then you should expect to receive a new ESA50 in July.
