Does PIP in the assessment take into account just the affects of the conditions or also the affects of side effects of the medications?
So for example if due to meds you were drowsy and took longer, or forgetful and left a pan to boil dry in cooking? Would you score points for it if it was manly due to the medication and it was a known side effect. Thanks.

There is no reason why the effects of medication should not be taken into account when looking at your ability to complete the PIP activities but you will need to show that these symptoms are reasonable likely and also you will need to explain how and when you are effected, for example it is only when you take the medication or do the effects last throughout the day?
