ESA50 and Chronic Pain

Sorry Gordon. Saw this under ESA50 and must of got a little lost!

"If the initial decision on your claim was made before January 28th, 2013 these are the correct guides. Even if you go on to ask for a revision or an appeal you will still be covered by the old rules."

Had thought that the new guidelines would be applied as though it was a new application rather than a revision, but then I read that sentence!
