hi I was transferred to ESA. support group CB. in 2012 I have been on the same since CB. ESA that is I am wondering if I should be on IR. ESA. as I have no savings live alone and I am in receipt of full council tax rebate so what is the best way to approach this by phone or letter I have delayed this for some time as I hate dealing with these people.

You may be entitled to an ESA(IR) top-up to your ESA(CB), contact the DWP office dealing with your claim for an ESA3 form so that they can look at whether you are eligible. ESA(IR) Is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
