ESA phone call

So do I ring them and say I still have the same amount of savings and I’m not eligible for the other ESA.
Or is there a better way to do this?
I know I’m asking kinda dumb questions! But I don’t want to screw this
up.

I rang them and said about the same savings and I wasn’t entitled to change to I R ESA. She said then don’t fill in the form, ....and that was it, over!
3 days of stressing over nothing, but I couldn’t have done it without your help. Thanks l
