Yes, once the ESA department process the appeal Decision they should notify UC and your award should be migrated across.
This should result in back payment of the LCWRA rate (UC version of the SG).
If you progress a new WCA then the new Decision will supersede the SG award that is about to be reinstated. If you don't then you are subject to the conditionality of your current Claimant Commitment
So get your MP involved to get your ESA award moved to UC.
