Do you know what the income petametres for receiving an IR ESA top up to CONT based ESA are please Gordon? Are they increased (or decreased ) by what level of dla/ pip you are on?
Am I right in thinking the ESA IR top up is £16.75 a week? and that therefore if a works pension is more than £16.75 a week and is taken away pound for pound, you will not be any better off and it is not worth filling in the 45 page form? Help please confused and cant seem to find anyone that knows!!
