Part 2: About Your Claim
Can anyone advise me please on the following question which is directed to the claimant, in part 2 of the form.
If you have a partner do they agree to you making the claim again?
There are two options for the answer, no or yes.
If no is selected - The claimant is asked to provide as much information as they can.
If yes is selected the following is stated: "Your partner may need to go to a work focused interview if you are claiming for them"
What are the implications, if the answer was no - would a partner still have to attend a work focused interview?

As far as I am aware claiming ESA(IR) always means that a partner can be invited to attend a WFI.
These usually take place every three years, the partner cannot be required to work extra hours, to seek work or to perform what is called Work Related Activity.
