It's been around seven weeks not heard anything and this causes me stress as I don't know what's happening

I sent off my PIP review form mid September too- I know they got it as I sent it recorded- not heard anything from them at all ( not even an acknowledgement letter )- then today I suddenly get a text message from the DWP saying 'thankyou for your form etc etc'- it's taken long enough!
