Health Assessment (my journey) :-(

I've had my PIP assessment appointment changed twice now but hopefully I'll be going to it tomorrow.
Is there any last minute things I need to think about?
I still haven't heard anything back from my ESS appeal, not even to say they received my letter requesting the upper tribunal to look at it.
Although I did send it by trackable post and it says they have it.
It may be worth me giving them a call tomorrow when I get back from my assessment ?

I would just go back through your form and have a look at the PIP Claim guide for a list of the questions that you might be asked and think about how you might answer some of them but I would also try not to vary your normal activities for the day if you can avoid it.
Yes, I would contact the TS about the UTT appeal request, I would have expected them to have acknowledged it by now.

As an example; if you would normally wash or bathe then do so, conversely if you would not then don't just because of the assessment, if you wouldn't normally comb your hair then don't. Take your medication as you would normally.

Oh ok I understand what you mean .
Just go as I am and don't try and dress up for the assessment.
The form says I need to bring my prescription list.
Is this just a list of all my medication or do they mean my repeat prescription?
The reason I ask is because I already wrote a list of all my medication on my application form.

They will want to see a current repeat prescription document.
