The form was posted 2nd class signed for ten working days ago and as yet, not received by the DWP. Tracking status remains as 'accepted by the Post Office' - Royal Mail offer no insight.
Is there a procedure in place for such an event, or is a discretionary decision made to post out and accept a replacement AR1? The return date is in two days time (11th), thus trying to get ahead of the game.
