So your options for scoring higher are either to show that you cannot reliably walk more than 20m on the majority of days or to score for the Going Out activity.
Can it hurt my award by asking for a MA?

You don't need to repeat your posts, all posts are moderated and will not appear in the forum until approved.
Asking for MR means that the DWP will review your current award in full, whilst it is quite rare, they can remove points and even an award if they feel it has been made in error.
