My daughter suffers from severe epilepsy - you may have seen the recent ch4 '24hrs in A+E' about her. She is being asked to fill in an ESA form. Is epilepsy a physical or mental illness for the sake of ESA? I ask because under the physical criteria on the form she can do all the tasks they ask about (unless she is having a seizure) Its just that she has been admitted to ICU 15 times in the last 18mths. How do I fill in the form???? Thanks for your help
