I am representing a client who has appealed to the Upper Tribunal over a Lower Tribunal decision. The judge at the Lower Tribunal has refused permission to appeal.

The leaflet that came with the Tribunal Decision should explain how to appeal directly to the Upper Tier Tribunal.
