Great update. His claim has been reinstated. DLA payments etc have been reinstated. It has been passed back to caseworker. Letters have already been sent out explaining everything. The caseworker will make decision this afternoon with regards to PIP Claim. If he agrees that his claim is valid and there is enough evidence to support the claim then it will pass on to another person for the next stage.
So for now, things are very much better than they had been. I will certainly keep you upto date with progress. Thank You
