F2F 2 FAINTING was created by jama

I Fainted (blackout) after few questions asked by assessor and checkup was at ambulance.I preferred to go home as feel safe.I have not been informed by HP what they supposed to do next ? do I have to complete the assesment or hp contact dwp for next step.

It depends on whether a report can be written, if the assessor still needs information to write their report then a new assessment should be booked, if they do then your file should be returned to the DWP.

I would drop a short note to the DWP office dealing with your claim, explaining what happened at the assessment.
