You cannot appeal the amount DWP are deducting in repayment of a budgeting loan, you can ask them to reduce the amount they are deducting if it is causing you severe hardship. You will need to produce a financial statement detailing your income and expenditure when asking for a reduction, you may want to ask your local Citizens Advice for help in producing your financial statement or any other money advice service, they may also write to the DWP on your behalf.
