As long as you have an Enhanced award of PIP Mobility and the award has more than a year to run then Motability should allow you to take out a new lease.

Rince I contacted Motability to enquire regarding my lease being extended and was told that if you have been given middle rate mobility component and decide to proceed with making an MR they will extend the lease during such a period until the outcome of the MR however, if you are successful then they would be looking for payment to be made from any monies due to you in back payment
