I understand what you are saying BIS but the way she has written the upper body movements is not as an opinion but as fact after seeing me do it this is why I am so annoyed, had she put down she feels that I can then fair enough i'm arguing against her opinion but she's made out something happened that didn't and i'm struggling to find a way to defend myself other than use the recording
Yes people keep telling me i'v messed up covertly recording the assessment which if I was arguing her opinions and trying to use the tape I coul dunderstand but she has suggested something took place that didn't
i'm just reaally angry right now and most of all i'm worried because i'm £500 down a month and that was used to pay my rent so i'm most likely going to be made homeless because I don't have money to pay for another house move, She said I walked 5 minutes from a car park and not only did we park right outside on double yellow lines how could she of know where we come from, they're lies and she shouldn't be allowed to get away with ith whether I had permission to record or not the fact is I did and it proves her lies

I'm not surprised you're angry and frustrated and it's hard to fight a system like this. It's not that you can't use the recording, but as Gordon has said, it actually doesn't carry much weight. So you can still mention it - but your focus needs to be on the PIP criteria. It is the comments that apply to that which you have to undermine. If you want to put in a formal complaint at the same time do so. Complaints have sometimes had the effect of changing a decision, or forcing a reassessment.
