ESA IR SG & online learning/training was created by Dalglish60

I get ESA IR SG and was curious to know if registered online with an online course training provider/Elearning, assimilating info etc at own desired pace for 365 days to complete, does the provider have a Legal Duty to inform the DWP about the learning.?

They don't have any duty, legal or otherwise to contact the DWP, in fact doing so would be a breach of the Data Protection Act.
