Evening

Does it make any difference to anything in which order health conditions are listed by CAPITA Healthcare Professional?

Hi SUE C C

I am not aware of any difference in which order health conditions are listed by CAPITA Healthcare Professional, one would have assumed that they are listed oldest to most recent and which condition has the greatest inpact on ones health.

Morning Gary

Thanks for that. My multiple health conditions listed in my PIP consultation report are not listed chronologically, so that's not it. I would have thought that my "Primary Condition//s" would be those that cause me the most problems, and "Other Conditions" the least. I would just like to ensure that the DWP Decision Maker is not lead to believe that Chronic Tendinopathy to my left heel is the medical condition that causes me the most problems. SCC.

Morning SUE C C

I usually list conditions in date order with the oldest first, remember must have a condition for 3 months ongoing for 9 months unless you have a terminal condition.

Gordon or BIS may be able throw some additional light on the subject but I am not aware it makes any difference which end of the time spectrum you come from, as long as you explain how each condition affects you on a daily basis then you should be covered.

Sue cc there was no rhyme or reason to the listing of my conditions despite myself listing them in date order. I presume you are still awaiting the outcome of your F2F.
