Hi
Just got ftt decision for allow to appeal to UT.It says it is out of time,Though I reasoned that due to covid did not get more info as CAB were limited services.A form is attached to go directly to UT.Is my reasoning for late appeal has merit if I filled in.
Also get dwp letter extending award till jan 2022 so does it means a review form could arrive any time after jan 2021.Thank you.

I believe your reason for the late submission is a reasonable one, but I'm not the one making the decision. You have nothing to lose by trying.
A review form is like to arrive 6 months before your end date.

I have launched appeal to Upper Trtibunal so don't know when their decision comes however if during this period DWP send me review form of existing award then what the position of the appeal would be?Thank you.
