hi mods , my 3 year pip was due to end on 4/12/20 but has been extended to 4/06/21 , and i have a esa support group award under sg risk reg 35 to be re-assessed 24 months from 27/11/18 so thats due this november, can i expect both forms together (i hope not ) or do you think i should concentrate on a specific one first, is their a online version of esa form and pip review form i could start to complete online now, i understand things are not the same now but my understanding is that forms are being sent out again now but i could be wrong you may have more info on this, your advice would be greatly received ,bb

We live in uncertain times so I can't offer any certainty about when you will be assessed for either benefit, especially the ESA where the reassessment date is an administrative one, not a legal one and can, therefore, be moved as the DWP sees fit.

There is an electronic version of the ESA50 which you can complete an maintain.

There is no version of the AR1 in the public domain however the format is fixed and there is nothing stopping you from compiling your answers separately, you could even attach the pages o the form when you receive it.

There's no version of the AR1 in the public domain as far as I am aware, the following is a text version of the form and our PIP Claim guide covers completion.
