hi gary & gordon , thanks for your reply's, can you please confirm for me as i have been on esa for many years in the support group will the form i am expecting to receive be the esa 1 claim form or the esa 1rr renewal form , i am confused as i did not realize their was a renewal form , many thanks bb.

There are two forms for ESA, the ESA50 and ESA50A, however the ESA50A is almost never used, we see it mentioned maybe once a year so expect an ESA50.
For completeness, the ESA50A only covers the SG Descriptors not the WRAG ones.

so just to be clear gordon you gave me a link to esa 50 05/18 and i think thats the one i normaly complete but gary put a link for another member showing esa1 10/18 and esa1 rr 10/18 and they ask questions about your partner but i have not ever answered questions about my partner so should i concentrate on the link you provided as it relates to my claim , sorry but i got confused ,many thanks bb.

The ESA1 is the form completed when making a claim for ESA, once a claim is accepted then an ESA50 is issued to see whether an award can be made.

hi mods , sorry to trouble you again but i have started to complete a online version of the esa 50 in preparation for when my new one arrives , but i have realized i started to complete the esa 50 05/18 form and i have now come across a esa50 08/20 version , should i complete the latest 08/20 version, many thanks bb.
