This is a decision that only you can make but one thing you should check first is whether your worsened conditions will actually result in your scoring the extra points needed for a higher award, a deterioration does not always mean that this will happen.

Be aware if you do that it will result in a new PIP2 being sent and you will need to provide evidence to show that you meet the new criteria. The New Decision, whatever it is will supersede your existing award.
