If you are receiving the SD Premium in either your ESA(IR) or Housing Benefit then you are currently barred from claiming Universal Credit and can only apply for what are now called legacy benefits.

If you move within your current LA then the SDP does not matter as it will just be an amendment to your current HB.

If you move to another LA then the SDP means that you can claim HB in the new area.

Thanks Gordon,
Misinterpreted SD remark previously, nil HB claim as property now paid for-hence the original question,if funds deferred is ok with DWP prior notified and benefits not affected by any local move then my concerns regards any house move/UC change are negligible.
Thanks for your assistance,
Much obliged
