video assessments

hello, have just heard about the video claims for esa and pip assessments, can't say i'm happy about it. is there any mention if it will be for new claimants or are you just picked at random? do they still contact you in the normal way by letter and claim form? then explain what you do next? it really is the first i have heard about it, although i did know about the telephone assessments in your last letter. thank you.
