What happens next?

I would just like to say that you were absolutely right (as usual)

I still hadn't heard by yesterday but I had received a strange amount in my account. I called and was told by a very very helpful man that my award had been increased (Enhanced for both) for 3 years and the payment was an interim payment.

I know a lot of people have spoken to the DWP and they are sometimes unhelpful or not interested, but the man I spoke to yesterday was, helpful, informative, patient and kind. to the point I insisted on speaking to his supervisor to praise his service. She was very very grateful, as she said they only get moaned or shouted at. I am just saying there is hope if you get the right person at the other end

Gordon am I hearing correctly that you are retiring from this site? If yes then can I just say a huge THANK YOU for all the help you have given me and others over the years. I wish you health and happiness in all that you choose to do.
