One member has reported being asked to do exercises during their telephone assessment, quite what the point of this is I don't know but if asked then you should apply the same response that yu would if being seen face to face.

Hi, I have no idea what stage the assessor was or if mentored, don't remember seeing anything like that. Will check paperwork but afraid not for a while as too much else on [some of which dates back to neglecting own affairs while doing claim of course]. Best wishes, Denby
