my review date is November 2021, received a letter to say due to delays in reviews the DWP are extending to August 2022 so I will keep receiving a payment. The letter also said if I receive a review letter, still send back within the 28 days.
My symptoms haven’t changed and still being investigated. On the review letter if I state all is the same, will this be held against me? Or is it still best to complete review letter as if starting again.
Thanks

Hi Jeffc
You should look at our guide on PIP claims and reviews and see the advice for how to fill out the review form. We do not advise that you just write ' unchanged' all over it. It may work for some people but it's a risk. You don't have to fill it in as if your starting from scratch, but you do have to say more. You will find the advice near the end of the guide.
