Hi help please my award was due to end 30 dec 20 have not had a review but a letter dated 2 October extending my award till sep 2021.I received a review form in post today to be returned by the 30th nov with very limited space (3 lines to answer questions) is this commen or a mistake . I'm sorry to say this is not a mistake. The DWP have sent out extension letters to help with the backlog, but reviews are being processed and coming out at any time. Yes that is the form, but you can add additional pages if you want. Make sure that you check out our guide for filling out PIP reviews if you're not familiar with doing one.
