Gordon, please can I ask about the supreme court judgement that affected engaging face to face decisions for PIP as per the video on here from 22nd Sep.
If I write to the DWP to look and see if I am covered by the supreme court decision asking them to look at their last PIP decision made last year taking into account the supreme court judgement, could they reduce my previous awarded points for either daily living or mobility? Is it a gamble like an MR?

As far as I am aware we have not seen the DWP's terms of reference for this project but based on previous examples they will only be looking at this activity and whether they can increase the points, so there should be no reason why you would lose any points.

Please take note of the warning we have added in regard to writing to the DWP rather than waiting for them to contact you, two members have reported their letters being taken as a Change of Circumstances resulting in a review of their current awards.
