Hi guy's I forgot to mention my esa was affected by this decision on my pip no pip for both. But i was getting the full esa before this I call the esa and he said it was down to my pip telephone assessment is this right. Plus can I still fill the MR which form that was recommend or is it to late. It's been 3 weeks no word so i take that as bad news. Will I go to my local library and copy my pip form and 13 pages of my MR and get in touch with someone from the citizens advice bureau. Is there anything else do i go to this appeal on my own anything else yous guy's recommend?

Hi Ragnar
As BIS has stated earlier, it can take over 8 weeks before you hear anything, we have had some members here on the forum where it has taken only a few days, others months, so it varies across the regions.
You need to check your area for welfare right workers, I know some local authorities have some very good welfare rights workers such as Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire. Not all CAB offer offer welfare right service but they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi Ragnar
If you are in receipt of IR ESA and receive disability premiums due to your PIP claim such as SDP, then when your PIP stops all your premiums will also stop. If you manage to get you PIP restored then your premiums will also be restored.

I'm not sure if this is a hard and fast rule, Gary, cos my DLA claim was stopped and I still received EESA. I think it depends on "other factors". What these factors are? I dunno. It may just be innatentive staff at the DWP, but ESA and PIP are slightly different and have different descriptors. I did get absolutely pummelled with ESA requests for an assessment whenever anything changed in my DLA -> PIP claim, tho.

Hi guys plus I never asked DWP for (PA4) the assessment report or a CRMR1 form. Do you think that made any difference of the outcome as i was in a hurry to get it in by 28th of November? Plus can I ask my doctor to see my health records or get them copied for this tribunal and to see if there's something in there that's stopping me from getting pip? Cheers guy's
