HI Incognito

There are unlikely to be any face to face tribunals for a long time so I doubt anyone will see you walk. They do consider the entire claim at a tribunal. The same still applies if any part of your award was in danger the panel chairman will tell you. It is unusual for awards to be downgraded.

Hi BIS
Thank you.
Its quite a daunting process but i feel its necessary to proceed to a tribunal hearing due to my assessors many mistakes & nonsensical information she gave to the DWP which resulted in my PIP claim being stopped.
I made the mistake of writing my 9 page letter which was considered as my MR in anger & it got my PIP reinstated but at the lowest rate.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS - DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THIS SITES ADVICE/PROCEDURES/FORUMS FIRST.
A mistake i will not make again.

I shall keep you updated & no doubt be scrolling through this sites invaluable information first before i put pen to paper with possibly a question or 2 along the way.

Many thanks
