Hi Bis I just wish I could sit down with someone who could help me . I’m going to try and start it today following your advice. I’m confused about the HP report because it has a section at the end with the description and points . Does this mean the HP has given her opinion on whether I should/shouldn’t be awarded points or is it what the decision maker gave me ?
If it is on the assessors report then it is what the assessors recommends, what the assessors recommends is not always followed by the decision maker which is why we always recommend a claimant gets a copy of the assessors report before they apply for a mandatory reconsideration.
