Thanks Waylay, I decided in the end not to challenge the physio side of things for the reason you described. I think you're right, and when things improve and I can conceivably do the physio I will notify them of the change in my support needs. As for the EUPD, I went into pages of detail and had a very obvious meltdown on the call itself, but the assessor didn't concern herself with that at all. After the last 12 months I don't have the strength to challenge this award on that point, but next time I will.
