My point really was is that I am not eligible for the light touch award because my award was adjusted at Appeal and cannot be adjusted by the DWP, I am to be given a normal assessment which of course could go anyway they feel.

Hi Mac I was following your thread because your situation was exactly the same as my husband's (his award is due to end in June 22). Would you mind telling me how you got on with your claim? Many thanks & best wishes Amanda
