My full name is showing, how can I stop it. Yes, I would certainly include a copy of your shielding letter, no evidence is bad evidence, although it is unlikely to directly evidence difficulties you have with Daily Living or Mobility. What it is however is evidence of your underlying and ongoing condition.

But basically, we recommend that you almost treat it as a new claim, but also record the fact that there has been no change.
