Ok this is what I have written - so far
To the Case Manager/Decision Maker
This is ADDITIONAL information for my current PiP review.
Regarding the Planning and Following Journeys mobility component.
I respectfully request that, if you are using historical information for my current review, please ensure that you take into consideration the decision made by the tribunal in 2016 (copy enclosed).
Also please be aware that I totally disagree with the award of 0 points in 2018. However, I was not able to ask for reconsideration at the time, due to personal circumstances and being too unwell.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi again walker,
If think that by including them it will support your application, then I would suggest that you do so. The sooner you get evidence in the better then it can be considered, you can always repeat it later if you wish to.
But I would suggest keeping it brief, so that it does not delay the whole process.
Wishing you well

Hi walker,
What you have drafted is sounding good, but unfortunately we cannot go beyond giving general advise on this forum.

Hi Walker
Only you can decide whether you want to send the letter or not. Polite letters do not make them angry and it is highly unlikely they will strike out your claim.
