Hi Lisa
I know you are scared, but if you don't contact them you are going to be left with no money. Do you have anyone in your household who can ring for you? If not and you really can't phone, I would put a letter in the post tomorrow asking them to send you out a new form. You will need to apply again if you don't hear from them.

Hi do you know if when you ring you have to deal with there questions straight away?
Or do they book a further call.?
I don't want to be on my own when they call, they lied last time and awarded 0, I won by tribunal but it affected me for weeks.

Hi lisa
Assessments are not done by DWP so you will be safe when you phone them up. You will be sent a new claims form, if you kept a copy of your previous form then you can use that as a template to help you complete the new form, update any new conditions and medications and include supporting documents not only from professionals but also from family and friends who give you support.
Remember PIP is not awarded because of the condition but rather the limitations that result and prevent a claimant from completing a range of everyday activities. Have a look at our PIP Claim guide for a better understanding of the criteria you will need to meet.

Hi and many thanks
So I have couple weeks left on my award, if I could get someone too call them
Would this be better than reapplying ? Or do you know that they will make me do a new claim now.

Hi Lisa
Most claimants who win at tribunal find that at the end of their award they have to reapply. I would have expected you to have received a letter by now, which is why you need someone to ring and find out what is going on. They will probably send out a new claim form immediately. You want to get this as some are taking as long as eight weeks to process.
