I sent my pip review form off 2 weeks ago and it's been acknowledged as received, however I've just checked my copy of evidence sent and I've forgotten to enclose an important MRI scan My question is can i still send this and how would i do it , ie , address and reference number?? Thanks
That is no problem, you can still send in extra evidence, but you should do it as soon as you can. Send it to Freepost RTEU-HBEC-RGTG Personal Independence Payment 1 Mail Handling Site A Wolverhampton WV98 1AA. and just include a short letter with it saying that you would like this additional evidence to be included with your PIP2 submission. Make sure that you include your name and NI number both on the letter and the copy of the scan.
It is probably worth ringing up in a week or so to make sure that the scan has been logged as received.
If by any chance you get an assessment in the very near future you should check that the assessor has had a chance to see the scan, and if not, highlight to him/her that it has been added as additional evidence.
