Hi mrfibrospondodysthmatic, The only significance of being clinically vulnerable is that it means not being able to get out to get additional medical evidence. It refers to Covid restrictions and shielding rather than anything actually relating to any benefits. Since only phone assessments are done at present, there doesn't seem to be anything relevant here either. Shielding is no longer required according to the Government's new regulations!
